Hi, I’m Alessandra

You know that “TGIF” text that hits before your first coffee? The “Do I have to?” sigh that shows up every Monday?

You’re ambitious, high-functioning, resilient- but exhausted. Somewhere beneath the surface, there’s a quiet ache. A heaviness. A sense that your body is whispering for help. You’ve felt off, dismissed, and misread. No one can connect the dots and you haven’t been asked the right questions.

You’ve tried to push through the fatigue, the mood swings, the bloating, the irregular cycles. And now you’re standing at the edge of a complete disconnect wondering, where do I even start?

I know this girl – and so do you.

I had all the classic symptoms of burnout: digestive issues, bloating, brain fog, scattered energy, mood shifts, insomnia, and an unshakeable exhaustion. The deeper I looked for answers, the more confusing things became.

Then came the shocking diagnosis that turned my life upside down: Lyme Disease. I was placed on a long-term antibiotic and the pain quickly progressed. “You’ll feel worse before you feel better” they’d say, and I became terrified not knowing just how much worse it would get.

Then four weeks in, I lost the ability to walk. With no immediate answers, I laid in bed shaking uncontrollably, feeling a wave of extreme physical pain, in complete disbelief that this was my story. But in the stillness that followed, I began to see what I’d been too disconnected to notice- and eventually, I came to understand: the diagnosis wasn’t accurate after all.

What followed was a slow rebuilding. I went back to school to study integrative health and nutrition, focusing on hormone balance, inflammation, and gut health. I shifted my lifestyle, rewired my routines, and began to apply everything I was learning to my own healing as I regained my mobility.

For a while, things were steady. My energy returned, my cycles became regular. I felt clear and grounded in a way I hadn’t in years.

But healing is rarely linear, and a familiar undercurrent returned. The fatigue. The leg heaviness. The bloating that wouldn’t budge. What began as a whisper of discomfort grew louder, more specific: heavier periods, cramping that didn’t align with my cycle, and a sense that something wasn’t quite right.

Eventually, I got answers- but not in the way I expected. After rounds of testing and a gut instinct, they discovered a large fibroid. One that took up about 85% of my uterus and had likely been growing silently for years disrupting blood flow, causing hormonal imbalances, and pressing against key vessels that in turn created discomfort in my lower extremities. It brought everything full circle, reminding me just how layered women’s health can be, and how important it is to advocate for yourself and understand your body on a deeper level.

That’s the heart of what I do through Mind Body Reset.

At Mind Body Reset, I help women get to the root of symptoms like PMS, fatigue, bloating, irregular cycles, thyroid imbalances, and cortisol dysregulation. Using nutrition as the foundation, we focus on blood sugar stability, supplementation, and phase-based adjustments that align with your cycle and life. This work isn’t about doing more- it’s about tuning in, responding with intention, and building sustainable rhythms that support your body.
