A little about me…
I’m Alessandra, a holistic health coach who’s been where you are now—burned out, struggling with my energy, and feeling out of alignment with my career. I was dealing with brain fog, digestive issues, insomnia, and emotional exhaustion. After a misdiagnosis and medication that left me unable to walk due to extreme inflammation, I finally found my way back through nutrition, an anti-inflammatory diet, stress management, and lifestyle shifts. I quit my corporate job, regained my health, realized my mission and started a business helping women like you break free from burnout and find balance.
